Refund policy and terms

We can only accept refund by automated refund system this is to speed the refund procedure up and avoid lengthy delays.

Before requesting a refund the following conditions need to be met:

1) You must have taken PureAcaiBerry™ as prescribed as per the box and instructions for a minimum of 90 consequtive days, this is because it can take time for your body to react and for you to see the true health benefits of PureAcaiBerry™. Please remember that the process of detoxification can be a gradual process.

2) You must request the refund within 6 months (180 days) of purchasing PureAcaiBerry™ and return everything to us within 6 months (180 days) of the purchase date. We will only proceed with the refund if you not seen any health benefits since taking PureAcaiBerry™.

We strongly suggest that you send your parcel to us using a COURIER service which tracks the delivery of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any packages sent to us which use a non-tracked method. A processing fee of $20 will be applied to all refunds.

3) In the unlikely event that you want to request a refund we will require the following:

- Your full name, address and order ID number

- All the empty PureAcaiBerry™ packaging including the box

- The unopened and sealed boxes of PureAcaiBerry™ which you have not finished.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order with us providing that you return any and all products (including any free goods, see 8.4 in Terms and Conditions) already delivered to you at your expense by registered post as soon as possible.
