You must have taken Pure Acai Berry as prescribed as per the box and instructions for a minimum of 120 days, this is because it can take time for you to see the true health benefits of Pure Acai Berry and weight loss is a gradual process.

You must request the refund within 6 months of purchasing Pure Acai Berry and return everything to us within 6 months of the purchase date .

In the unlikely event that you want to request a refund we will require the following:

• Your full name, address and order ID number
• The empty Pure Acai Berry packaging including the Box and the empty blister packs.
• The unopened and sealed boxes of Pure Acai Berry which you have not finished.

If your refund request does not meet all the requirements you will not be refunded.

Also, You may cancel Your Contract providing that You return any Products (including any free goods, see 8.4 in Terms and Conditions) already delivered to You at Your expense by Registered Post as soon as possible.
